“Thursday, April 28, 2011 at approximately 0925 hours, a UC Hastings student and Faculty member were standing on the southwest side of Hyde Street at McAllister Street waiting to cross the street. When they began to cross the street an unknown subject approached them from behind and stated: “Don’t be laughing”, “F**** you, smiling a** motherf***** ” the unknown subject spat on both the student and faculty member and departed the area northbound on Hyde street. The incident was reported to the UC Hastings Public Safety Department and the area that the subject fled in was canvassed, however the subject was gone on arrival. The subject remains unidentified, and was not apprehended.”
